TWIRL Hoop Dance Fundamentals Workshop – Find Your Flow or Recapture it!

Description

Whether you’re picking up a hoop for the first time or have been hoopdancing for years, you’ll work up a sweat and have a fabulous time with a friendly group of hoopers!

In this extended two-hour workshop format, we will go over the foundations of movement within your hoop, along with tips that can be applied to learning new hoop dance movements down the road.

Expect a small, focused, intimate class where you will get the attention you need to sharpen your hooping skills.

What if I don’t have a hoop?

A small amount of loaner hoops will be available on a first-come first-served basis.

Hoops are also available for purchase for an additional $42.  Each hoop is made to order by hand.  Hoops ordered in advance may be picked up at class.

Hoops are available in cobalt blue, ruby red, amethyst purple and emerald green, as pictured on our hoops page and TWIRL Hoop Dance Facebook page.

How do I sign up?

Class size is limited so reservations must be made in advance.  Class fee of $55 will cover include the two-hour workshop and use of a loaner hoop (based on availability).  Please email to signup.
