TWIRL Hoop Dance classes are a great way to develop a strong hoop dance foundation and learn new moves.
As you practice you’ll whittle down your waistline and tone your abs, arms, legs, back, glutes and thighs.
Hoop dance is a great low-impact cardio workout. Burn hundreds of calories an hour with minimum stress to your joints!
Hoopers may bring their own hoops or purchase one with class registration. (Limited loaners are available but we strongly suggest that you have your own.) You’ll want your personal hoop for practice and play outside of class too!
